The type A single-rooms are on the first floor and ground floor. The
type B single-rooms are on the ground floor and only have one door window
entrance, but have a 35 sqm balcony in common with dining tables and chairs.
The two-rooms have an orthopaedic bed or sofa bed. The price includes
daily cleaning, except for the kitchenette and except on Saturdays for those
staying two weeks; Linen and bathroom linen change twice a week, bed
